The right setting

We were recently able to do the final fine-tuning.

The hotel in the Porsche Design Tower opened in Stuttgart last year with 168 modern rooms and suites, a conference area, bar and restaurant with a spacious terrace and views of the vineyards.

Our lighting concept already creates a pleasant atmosphere in the entrance area and throughout the ground floor. A café with lounge seating and large communal tables, where people can work on the move, invite people to linger and socialise. Directional spotlights that accentuate furniture and materials and decorative warm light are deliberately combined.

On the 9th floor, where the large conference area extends over the entire floor, special luminaires were developed for the meeting rooms that pick up on the basic shape of the Porsche Design Tower and give the rooms their own identity through optimum illumination. The combination of downlights integrated into the louvred ceiling enables different lighting scenarios, from banquets to conferences.

The highlight, the bar and restaurant with roof terrace on the 10th floor, is illuminated by a finely tuned lighting concept. The use of accent lighting in combination with specially developed customised luminaires and the dramatic integration of plants into the lighting concept also create a very special atmosphere here.

The right lighting scenes are crucial for the perfect effect. We were on site and finalised and adjusted them.
